Sartorially Sustainable.
Spotlighting a slew of newness from his incoming spring/summer 2022 collection, Heron Preston’s eponymous label recently debuted the releases’ accompanying lookbook for your perusal.
Placing sustainability at the heart of the collection, the drop comprises a slew of expectedly contemporary pieces which three different categories dubbed; “eX-Ray” which is almost 100% sustainable, “Preferred” which contain at least 50% or more of sustainable materials and “Standard” landing at less than 50% sustainable. Speaking on the release, Preston commented:
“Sustainability has turned into a trend. It can feel fake and today, ‘sustaining’ is no longer enough, a more honest term would be ‘less environmentally destructive.’ I believe and have always believed that taking responsibility for actions which affect our world, should genuinely matter.”
