Needles have released a ’70s inspired collection off of the back of their Spring/Summer 2022 campaign, providing a dose of vintage for old-school fashionistas.
The brand doesn’t shy away from brash colour contrasts, wild patterns, and older silhouettes for this release and instead dive headfirst into the ’70s aesthetic. There are some major highlights within the collection, with some immediate standouts including a light blue oversized velour tracksuit with the customary Needles butterfly insignia, a pair of bright orange cuffed pants, as well as a set of floral Thai-style straight-leg trousers. Other notable pieces include a nature graphic dark denim waistcoat and matching jeans and a light green Needles butterfly blazer, with an array of other garments being up for grabs. Needles also bring out their Asymmetric Ghillie sneaker for this range, adapting it to the ’70s look with suede and denim laden uppers, cream soles, and a removable Needles tongue tab.
