Hip-hop star Tyga took to Instagram yesterday to tease an upcoming shoe collaboration with art collective MSCHF.
The art collective have only recently delved into the world of footwear, with a recent teasing post via their Instagram post showing their ‘TAP3’ sneakers. This time around, it seems to be that the brand have tapped Tyga for a collaborative sneaker, one which takes an abstract approach to a classic low-top, Vans-style sneaker. The shoe dons a simple black and white colourway, with the upper boasting a black canvas upper, white laces and white stitching, as well as a white squiggle pattern. To round out the shoe’s design there is a solid white midsole in addition to a waffled gum bottom, both of which look to come distorted to form that ‘WAVY’ aesthetic.
As per Tyga’s “Wavvy Babyssss Loading” Instagram caption, a release looks set to be announced soon.
