Umbro continues its journey of collaborations with yet another under-the-radar collection, tapping UK-based brand YMC for a selection of rugby-inspired pieces.
Deriving from Umbro creative director Fraser Moss’ own affection for the sport, the YMC x Umbro collaboration looks to capture the iconic comfortable rugby silhouettes that have long been a mainstay in the sport, incorporating a range of classic rugby colours and prints in the collection. YMC, also known as ‘You Must Create’, often keep their pieces neutral and place a focus on everyday wear, with this being evident in this collaborative line-up. The collection features a range of garments that can be worn on and off the pitch, with some standouts including a dark green floral co-ord set with a rugby shirt and matching shorts, a forest green quarter-zip jumper with unique ‘U’ Umbro branding, as well as a faded green button-up shirt with a collaborative YMC x Umbro branding patch. Other pieces include alternate jerseys, jackets, and trousers.
