Pharrell Williams’ ICECREAM have linked up with legendary skateboarder Egawa Yoshifumi, also known as “YOPPI”, for a new collaborative capsule collection.
Known for being a fixture in the iconic skateboard team “T19”, YOPPI has long been a trendsetter and was well ahead of the curve when it came to the rising popularity of ICECREAM, long being a significant member of the Tokyo fashion scene. The famous skater has come together with Pharrell Williams’ ICECREAM for a wide array of garments as well as a standout 24 BMX designed by YOPPI himself, with short-sleeve shirts, t-shirts, shorts, bags, accessories and more filling out the range. As seen in campaign imagery, some standout garments from the capsule include a green and black ‘ICECREAM’ graphic button-down shirt with side panelling and front embroidery, a black t-shirt with graphic ‘ICECREAM’ text on the front and back, in addition to a blue and ecru coloured tote bag with an ice cream graphic print.
