Having only recently been teased, the JJJJound x ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 sneaker pack has received an official release date for later this month.
Taking to Instagram last week, JJJJound kept it typically cryptic as the minimalist brand provided a sneak peek of an upcoming collaboration with ASICS, with an official release date now being set. Sticking to their typically minimal aesthetic, the Montreal-born brand is set to put forward two colourways of ASICS’ growingly-popular GEL-Kayano 14 sneaker, the first of which boasting a grey, white, and black colour scheme and a mesh base, black and silver overlays, white laces, a cream midsole, as well as signature JJJJound lettering across the rear heel area. The second pair dons a predominantly white colour scheme, whilst splashes of silver adorn this pair in a similar way to the first. Signature doses of ASICS branding arrive on the tongue, with JJJJound lettering keeping its place on the heel as well. Both pairs boast a chunky and elevated air unit heel as well as a rounded toe.
The JJJJound x ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 sneaker pack is set for release on August 25th via the ASICS website.
