Arriving in Two Colourways.
Streetwear titan Palace has officially unveiled their highly-anticipated collaboration with ‘it’ footwear brand of the moment, New Balance, teaming up for two iterations of the 580 silhouette.
With unofficial imagery having recently come to light, many sneakerheads were anticipating that a release between Palace and New Balance was not too far away and now official confirmation has arrived as Palace take to Instagram to release official imagery of the soon-to-release pairs. Taking a different approach to the typical New Balance collaborations, Palace has taken on the under-the-radar 580 sneaker, with both pairs arriving in ‘Grey/Blue’ and ‘Purple/Blue/Yellow’ colourways.
The pairs boast a mixture of hairy suede overlays, mesh underlays, TPU add-ons towards the heel, as well as a raised speckled ROLLBAR midsole. Additional style choices include a host of signature New Balance branding on the midfoot, tongue, and heel, with the Palace name also adorning these areas in addition to “PALACE” lace dubraes, a hidden stash pocket in the tongue, as well as collaboratively-branded insoles.
The Palace x New Balance 580 collaboration will be available to buy via the Palace website on September 23rd and via the New Balance website on September 30th.
