Getting one of the most in-demand stylists to help you on a campaign is one thing, but collaborating with them on one of your most iconic pieces is another – and that’s exactly what Timberland have done with Danish stylist and creative Veneta Carter.
Now based in Los Angeles, Carter is most known for her distinct aesthetic of blending Scandinavian minimalism with cultural 90s references, hence why she’s working on the most iconic boot from the 90s Hip-Hop scene: the yellow 6-inch ‘Timbs’.
The collection consists of two boots: the Women’s Tall Lace Boot with a stiletto heel and a patent leather version of the classic 6-inch boot. Both coming in the iconic wheat colourway, craftsmanship is also top-notch with a premium nubuck upper. Complimentary clothing inspired by the outdoors is also featured, cut with an oversized silhouette that has an oversized yet feminine fit and olive green ripstop nylon.
