A director for the movie is yet to be confirmed
Movie star Jared Leto is set to produce a film that focuses on Karl Lagerfeld’s close circle and the key relationships he established during his 50-year career in fashion. The legendary designer’s close associates that include Pier Paolo Righi, Caroline Lebar and Sébastien Jondeau are all set to be executive producers for the upcoming project and Leto’s production imprint with Emma Ludbrook, Paradox, will co-produce the film alongside Lagerfeld’s House of Lagerfeld.
Righi, the CEO of Karl Lagerfeld for over a decade, said that he has been approached by multiple producers about the making of a movie on the former Chanel visionary but has only taken the approach of Jared Leto and his team seriously.
