The latest in from the Matthew M. Williams founded label, 1017 ALYX 9SM recently debuted their new collaborative collection with Swedish House Mafia which is set to drop today.
Teaming up with the revered musical trio otherwise known as Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso, and Axwell, the capsule blends the creative influences of both while fusing their equal elements of a subversive approach throughout. Centring around key graphic elements, the Alyx logo and circle A monogram with the cover art from Swedish House Mafia’s Latest album “Paradise again” are combined to form a unique logo for the offering which comprises the likes of t-shirts, hoodies, hats and accessories. Speaking on the news, Swedish House Mafia commented:
“We met Matthew for the first time around 10 years ago in Stockholm. Our first conversation together about strong relationship between fashion and music. Since we met we have been following his career and always wanted to work with Matthew. Now we finally felt the timing was right to have our aesthetic’s combine for a capsule collection”.
