By November 8, 2022Fashion News

A Sure-Fire Hit.

Amidst the meteoric rise of side bags over the past few years, especially with the growing popularity of brands like Teflar, it looks as though Dutch streetwear brand Daily Paper is getting in on the act.

Taking to Instagram to tease the “test wearing” of a new side bag, Daily Paper co-founder Hussein Suleiman, also known as Huzane online, shared a selection of imagery that gave fashion fans a first look at the potential piece. Embracing the styles that have made accessories like these so popular in recent years, the standout piece boasts a blacked-out colour scheme and arrives in a black leather material, with this adorning both the strapping and main compartment of the bag. However, the central standout from the piece is its main shape and design, with the central bag compartment being moulded in the shape of Daily Paper’s infamous brand emblem. Being known for embracing African culture, Daily Paper’s emblem incorporates a Maasai shield used by the Maasai people, a tribe that is typically found in the East African countries of Kenya and Tanzania, whilst also utilising the famous spikes of the Kenyan flag as well.

No release date has been set for this standout piece as of yet, so stay tuned to PAUSE for more information as it arrives.
