Serenity is on the menu and that’s what this hotel has to offer. Not only does this hotel offer a luxury Georgian-style interior, but it also neighbours a Spa that feeds into the wellness of one’s mindstate. Whilst this hotel lend’s itself to nature enthusiasts it also speaks to those who indulge in a bit of retail therapy as the vibrant town of Richmond is also a cheeky stroll away, albeit it is a bit lengthy, it’s calming. Maybe it’s a chance to take your spouse, children and/or pets for a bit of a walk.

Let’s talk about rooms, our favourite topic!! The Georgian Collection offers a variety of room styles including the Georgian Cosy, Classic and Deluxe rooms which are inspired by Richmond’s unique heritage and located in the 18th-century Georgian townhouse part of the hotel.
The rooms consist of individually commissioned furniture, underfloor heating, hand-stitched Heal’s beds, spacious walk-in showers and Nespresso coffee machines.

The Georgian Suite is romantic in every kind of way, both solo as well as for an accompanying guest. If you’re one to appreciate a free-standing roll-top bath, super king-sized four-poster bed and a separate lounge area then you might want to opt for this room! Wanting to chill and watch TV then you can choose from a trio of rooms!

Want to feel a bit like a local, why not dine with them at The 144 On The Hill?

You can tuck in at any time of day, breakfast, lunch and dinner, children are welcome to join also! In warmer climates we’d suggest dining on the terrace for a bit of an al-fresco type of situation, otherwise taking in the sumptuous surroundings whilst fine dining is an equally great option. The cuisine seems to be typically British also, having said that I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that afternoon tea with cakes etc. are an option!
