Glimmering Rocket Man.
To finish off the domestic leg of his #FarewellEltonJohn Tour, he revisited the famous Dodgers stadium he performed in all the way back in 1975 after the release of his two albums ‘Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy’ and ‘Rock of the Westies’.
To pay tribute to this legendary performance, he wore an updated rendition of the sequined Dodgers uniform in the form of a bedazzled floor-length dressing gown with contrasting silver and blue sequins to resemble the Dodgers Baseball team colours. To top off this fitting homage are his initials ‘EJ’ embroidered on the front and ‘Dodgers 1’ on the back, both done in even more crystals and sequins.
