In quick succession after a collaboration was just teased for Spring/Summer 2023.
As part of their Pre-Fall 2023 lookbook that they have just unveiled, new models of MM6 Maison Margiela x Salomon sneakers can be discreetly seen on the feet of the models, mostly hidden under the ultra-wide trousers a lot of the looks feature. This marks the third collaboration the pair of brands have enjoyed in the past year, including one that was released this past November and one that’s upcoming for Spring/Summer 2023.
The models being given a makeover this time are the ACS and Cross High silhouette, appearing in white, black, and blue colourways with patent leather detailing. New Salomon backpacks were also seen on a handful of looks which are reminiscent of the iteration that was previewed for Spring/Summer 2023, just slightly beefier. Compared to the other two collaborations, they seem a lot more toned down and true to the French brand’s original silhouettes but what they lack in wow factor, they make up for in versatility.
