With a stellar showing at Paris Fashion Week and a brand new collaboration with Heaven by Marc Jacobs having just surfaced, it’s safe to stay Kiko Kostadinov has had a pretty solid start to the year. To add even more fuel to this ongoing fire, the brand has just unveiled their new Tonkin Boot, an original silhouette by the Bulgarian designer.
Arriving in charcoal, a deeper red colourway, as well as a grey iteration, the upper is covered in a smooth bovine leather with an easy two-strap lacing system for a sleeker look. These two straps are also used as a chance for some subtle colourblocking, with all colourways featuring a contrasting black strap that spans the forefoot of the boot. Other details include a pebbled leather heel counter and a chunky rubber outsole that feature traction grips that are reminscent of feet.
These are set to release next week at select retailers and on the brand’s website.
