Luxury French fashion house Dior have presented a new iteration of the iconic ‘CD Diamond’ motif for their Summer 2023 Men’s collection, featuring on a host of signature Dior pieces.
Having recently rolled-out their newest creative ventures for the upcoming seasons, Dior’s busy start to 2023 continues as the fashion mainstays reveal a new take on their signature ‘CD Diamond’ motif. Originally debuted in 1974, Dior’s ‘CD Diamond’ patterning has been an essential cog to many of the house’s designs since, with this latest version enhancing the classic silhouettes that creative director Kim Jones has put forward for this season. Channeling the rich history of Dior, this latest effort sees the “CD” initials transformed into a clean-cut diamond shape, with the delicate graphics adorning a selection of go-to leather Dior pieces, such as the iconic Saddle Bag and Mini Bag, with the new design also sitting tastefully on silk twill shirts and the B27 sneaker. Keeping things clean, a subtle grey colour scheme dominates the collection.
