In recent months, Louis Vuitton have consistently been making the news away from their designs, with much being discussed about who will take over the role of the late Virgil Abloh at the fashion house. With that now all having been settled, Louis Vuitton have got back to doing what they do best; making clothes.
Stepping forward with their new Summer 2023 ‘Taigarama’ collection, the luxury French fashion house take on a fresh, almost citrusy colour scheme for this range of leather goods, with this newest effort seeing a wide selection of accessories being on offer. The 80s styled campaign and collection features hits of vibrant green, neon yellow, ocean blue and bright white across a multitude of pieces, with the introduction of the new Duo Slingbag and the Weekend Tote making the headlines. The latter provides a perfect throw-on piece for any and all flex-worthy outfits, featuring double hands, three interior pockets, as well as a removable shoulder strap. A removable round zipped pouch, a side zipper, and an adjustable strap feature on the former Duo Slingbag, which will no doubt be the piece that every LV fan will be having their eye on. Additionally, classic LV shapes continue to make their way into the line-up, including the Discovery Backpack, The Keepall 50B, the Outdoor Messenger bag, as well as the Horizon 55 cabin bag, with all three silhouettes arriving in this new striking summer-inspired colour palette. Lastly, additional smaller pieces will be available, including the wearable wallet, the dopp kit, the travel pochette, pocket organisers and card holders.
