With annual collaborative releases from Nike x CDG that have quickly become fan-favourites within the sneaker community, the Terminator High is the newest addition to the partnership’s vast history. In a unique campaign, the sneakers are accompanied by a family of elephants as they search for a nearby watering hole.
The silhouette was initially introduced in 1985 as the sportswear brand’s first signature shoe for a basketball team and features a premium leather upper with a perforated toe box and padded collar and tongue. The collaboration brings forth three new colourways – black, red and navy – colour blocked against a white upper to keep things simple and true to the original launch. Comme des Garçons branding can also be found on the left heel, with the other spelling out “NIKE”.
The COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Terminator High capsule is set to launch on April 1st via the COMME des GARÇONS and Dover Street Market websites.
