Futuristic Dior-core.
Kim Jones’ Dior have followed on from their iconic show underneath Giza’s Great Pyramid back in late 2022 with an equally as striking set of campaign images, all of which display a selection of standout pieces in Dior’s Fall 2023 collection.
Placed in similar territory, this latest dose of Dior imagery channels the French outfit’s distinct affection for the unusual, looking to obviously bridge the gap between the past and future through contrasting Pyramid-laden backgrounds and sharply tailored looks. Taking back the spotlight, this Dior effort sees the brand get back to what makes them great; themselves. With collaborations out of the literal picture, this new dose of imagery sees modern takes on archival Dior pieces and history, from Bonne Fortune-inspired pleated skirts, cropped Harrington-style jackets, and slim-fitting blazers to astronomy-inspired star-laden shirts, windbreakers, and caps, this collection has something to say.
