MSCHF’s flare for the divisive is one to be studied, with their viral escapades having put themselves at the very top of the sneaker game. For this latest effort, the New York-based outfit have debuted a fresh colourway of their playful Gobstomper silhouette.
Making its debut in a ‘Graylag Goose’ colourway, the newest iteration of the Gobstomper follows on from the previously released ‘Jimmy Fallon’ and ‘Sour’ editions – as well as the viral ‘Big Red Boot’ – with this version of the low-riding silhouette featuring a chunky dark grey exterior suede across the upper, reminiscent of a certain Vans silhouette, with standout radiation-style patterning lying underneath the material, with this being more visible the more you wear in your shoes. The shades of orange, red and yellow adorn the majority of the underlaying material, with additional features including a foot hang tag, “!!!” outer tongue lettering and a goose graphic on the reverse, as well as a vibrant yellow and orange colour scheme on the toe guard and outsole areas.
The MSCHF Gobstomper ‘Graylag Goose’ will be available to buy via the MSCHF website on May 18th.
