Casablanca Appoints Frederick Lukoff as its Chief Executive

Working Alongside Creative Director, Charaf Tajer.

After the label’s monumental growth since its launch in 2018, Casablanca has appointed former Frederick Lukoff, previously of Stella McCartney, as its new Chief Executive in what Creative Director, Charaf Tajer describes as a ‘new era for the brand’.

“I am delighted to be joining Charaf and his team to help accelerate the already incredible rise of CASABLANCA within luxury fashion.” said Frederick Lukoff.

Having already developed a global following in the luxury market, the appointment aims to increase international exposure and further its impressive trajectory in line with the brand’s recent long-term investment from a group of strategic advisers. Identifying the opening of its first flagship boutique in Paris as its number one priority, further focus will be given to the successful expansion of product lines, enhancing its digital capabilities, and investing in supply chain.

“I am extremely honoured by the fact that I have this opportunity not only for myself, but also my team, to be able to work with someone who has such a wealth of knowledge in this industry” expresses Charaf Tajer.

Stay tuned here at PAUSE to see what effect the appointment will have on Casablanca in the near future.
