Having had quite the meteoric rise of late, youthful sneaker brand notwoways have stepped forward with their sleekest effort yet as they debut their third official model, titled ‘Formula’.
After rave reviews for their previous sneaker releases, most notably with their Exuberance and Sakura drops, notwoways are back at it again as they bring forward their attempt at a ‘go-to’ everyday shoe, presenting the Formula model in a triple-white colourway. Formed by famous UK YouTuber Callum McGinley – who is most commonly known as ‘Callux’ online – and eco-focused London College of Fashion graduate Rockwell Princely, notwoways has only been on the up since its emergence back in 2021, with this latest drop arguably being their most concise effort yet. Being a definite rotational pair, the Formula sneaker contrasts the previously released silhouettes and colour palettes with a distinctly subtle approach, with touches of orange adorning the signature notwoways ‘arrow bottom’ and lace tips, acting as a nod to the outfit’s house colours. Additionally, notwoways’ commitment to comfort and functionality is seen yet again in this intricately composed pair, with distinct design features including a three-piece cup-sole design, a wide-foot friendly shape, as well as a curved backheel, which notably curtails heel-drag and enables seamless pivoting.
