Returning This September.
Musician, artist, fashion designer and all-round creative Skepta has officially stated that his brand MAINS London are set to return on September 16th.
Having had their moments in the past, including a viral shoot involving both Skepta and Naomi Campbell, MAINS London are back and better than ever as they look primed and ready to take over September’s London Fashion Week, with Skepta stating that he’s designed “staple, crazy, beautiful, wearable clothes”. After being snapped in a MAINS London x New Era cap earlier this week at Wimbledon, Skepta has been cooking up behind-the-scenes for this latest drop, one that is set to be co-designed by the North London born MC and MAINS’ new chief designer Mikey Pearce – as well as utilising graphic designs from Johnson Orchid.
Sitting down with Vogue Business to discuss his upcoming fashion venture, Skepta stated the following:
“While I haven’t been to fashion school like Mikey and Johnson have, I’ve always loved fashion. I’m lucky enough to be able to bounce ideas with them, and together we’ve been making a flood of pure magic.”
