UK streetwear mainstays Palace have linked back up with hiking brand Salomon for two new iterations of their famous XT-Wings 2 silhouette.
Having long been ahead of the curve, Palace tapped Salomon for several previous takes on the XT-Wings 2 and Speedcross 4 sneakers in recent years, all of which boasted multi-coloured patterning and vibrant design styles. After their latest seasonal drops with the likes of Crocs, McDonalds, and Champion, footwear continues to jump to the forefront of Palace’s creative process as Palace x Salomon tones it all the way down with two white and black iterations of the low-lying XT-Wings 2 silhouette. The shiny efforts both feature a striking high-gloss overlay across their monochromatic uppers, with the relatively simplistic designs also boasting signature “Salomon” lettering on the lateral heel sides as well as a dose of yellow, red and blue Palace x Salomon co-branding on the tongue and throat. Lastly, additional details include an extra dose of Palace Tri-Ferg heel branding in addition marble-effect outsole patterning.
The Palace x Salomon XT-Wings 2 capsule will release on September 1st.
