Dior’s male division have put forward their debut denim capsule collection for the AW23′ season.
Overseen by the one and only Kim Jones, this newest creative venture from Dior Men’s looks to capture a younger audience as more casual, action-ready streetwear pieces make their debut. Coming through with a selection of solid staples, the Dior Men’s denim capsule collection – in the words of Kim Jones – “is composed of casual and sophisticated pieces, which are the perfect match for a men’s wardrobe.“ Adding to this, Dior’s creative director stated: “I remember when I was young, I went through a phase where I wore Vans, jeans and a Stüssy T-shirt every day. Jeans are one of those basics that will stay with you for life. This is probably the last modern invention for men. It’s something cultural.” Getting stuck into the range, the curated collection boasts a selection of luxe takes on denim shirts, pants and bucket hats in shades of black and grey, all of which are composed out of eco-friendly materials and utilise a selection of subtle Dior emblems on the garment linings.
Dior’s denim capsule collection will be available on October 19th via the Dior website.
