Japanese-born designer Maison Mihara Yasuhiro provides an accessory for the special occasions with his Padded Baseball Hat.
Inserting his ever-playful design ethos into this accessory, Yasuhiro’s latest piece looks to be inspired by the MSCHF model of playing with superhero like shapes and designs, as seen on this year’s ‘Big Red Boot’, a pair taken directly from Japanese comic book character ‘Astro Boy’. For this piece, an exaggerated padded design dominate the typical baseball cap shape in a futuristic shade of matted silver, with additional features including a mini logo tag, a six-panel construction, as well as an adjustable fit.
