Domenico Formichetti’s PDF Unveil New Fall/Winter 2024 Campaign

By January 23, 2024Fashion News

A Home Run.

Italian designer Domenico Formichetti knows the only way is up with his contemporary streetwear brand PDF, having been donned by the likes of Drake, Bad Bunny, and Rihanna. For FW24′, the unconventional brand debut some striking campaign imagery.

The genderless outfit most recently came forward at Milan Fashion Week earlier this month to truly put on a show, reimagining the idea of a runway show as models adorned various pieces in a showroom style whilst music blared from the speakers and attendees danced amongst the models. Encapsulating the very essence of this unconventional display, PDF’s latest effort looks to capture “the energy of the anti-hero athlete, homing in on this protagonist’s rollercoaster from adrenalin and anticipation, to overflowing passion and emotion that are exposed in explosive ways, shattering convention.” Coming through with conviction in the styling and composition of their pieces, PDF’s AW24′ range utilises modern printing techniques, left-of-centre washes, new technical fabrications, as well as trendy enlarged proportions and sharp cuts, with their one-of-one footwear range and imitable silhouettes embracing the notion of the anti-hero in a multitude of ways, whilst ultimately demanding your complete attention.
