Silver Season?
Ahead of their much-anticipated show in France this morning, Jacquemus look set to potentially debut their latest joint sneaker effort with industry mainstays, Nike, joining up for one of the Oregon born brand’s most favoured silhouettes.
The Air Max 1 will go down in history as one of Nike’s most original and classic silhouettes, but this newest high-fashion entry heads for the future. Jacquemus’ forward-thinking design stylings come out to play here as a striking silver colour scheme adorns the low riding classic, following on from Jacquemus’ striking Air Humara LX and J Force 1 efforts. As you’d expect, several hits of Jacquemus insignia sit pretty on the sneaker, making its way onto the imprinted heel and classic Air Max 1 hang tag, whilst a patent leather and mesh composition adds some necessary texture. A darkened midsole unit, white Nike tip laces, and a convenient neoprene-style sock lining complete the central design features from this new Jacquemus x Nike entry.
