The "Weathered" Look...
The most recent A-COLD-WALL* by Samuel Ross x Nike collaboration saw the TN98 receive a range of makeovers, with one particular cobalt blue iteration leading the line. For this newest entry, it look as though Ross is taking a weathered approach to the standout silhouette.
A sense of uniformity arrives with this newest entry, being an early tip for one of this year’s leading streetwear trends, as a worn-in and cement-splattered design adorns the Nike TN98 silhouette. Taking a new approach to the previously released ‘Black’ ACW* x Nike TN98, this unreleased version looks like it could be integrated into a workman’s uniform and plays on A-COLD-WALL*’s own name, seemingly utilising light grey cement staining across the entirety of the upper as well as the midsole unit. Additionally, ACW*’s signature branded hits maintain their place on the heel counter and rear heel, with Nike’s midfoot Swoosh also keeping its spot.
