It looks as though the Wales Bonner x adidas Originals journey is yet to reach its end as the duo look primed to return for more sneaker collaborations, and more specifically, the sportswear giants’ iconic Samba silhouette.
Previously joining forces on a variety of popular iterations over the past few years, the Wales Bonner x adidas ride does not seem to be stopping any time soon as new unofficial imagery arrives for a limited-edition Samba. Having already conquered the animal print trend across their latest batch of Sambas, Wales Bonner are now looking to metal adornments as their next venture as this predominantly black pair boast a “rock n’ roll” aesthetic, with the all-black leather upper being contrasted by that signature co-branded flapped tongue, which this time around utilises white stitching, whilst standout metallic studs are spread across the iconic adidas Three Stripes in unison. As per the unofficial imagery, the underneath of the tongue does suggest that this will be a limited release, stating in imprinted gold lettering that this pair are “1/750”.
