Hollywood star Oscar Isaac is the latest face of Fear of God as the man of the moment stars in the American outfit’s ‘Collection 8’ campaign.
Most notably known for his roles in Star Wars (2015), Dune (2021), and X-Men (2016), the multi-faceted actor encapsulates the excessive class that lives and breathes through Jerry Lorenzo’s latest work, with ‘Collection 8’ bringing in distinct notes of luxury that haven’t always been present in previous FOG efforts. In a series of black-and-white images shot by photographer Luis Alberto Rodriguez, ‘Collection 8’ adorns Isaac effortlessly throughout the campaign imagery as the duo follow on from their viral Scenes from a Marriage (2021) TV moment in which Isaac wore a batwing pullover from Fear of God’s widely-discussed collaboration with Italian luxury outfit Zegna, doing so in serious style.
The collection itself – which debuted last spring in Los Angeles – champions significant nods to ‘Americana’ and traditional Western luxury, with Isaac being snapped in a selection of striking lapelless overcoats, ribbed knitwear, fine leather gloves and trousers, as well as roughened wool trousers and pointed leather boots.
