Los Angeles born outfit ERL are sticking firmly to their roots for the Spring/Summer 2024 season as the fun-loving ensemble debut their new “Made in California” collection.

Underlining their affections for their West Coast heritage, Eli Russell Linnetz’s ERL are falling further into their skater stylings as they come through with a dose of their signature – and very retro – film campaign imagery. Holding youth at the very pinnacle of their design inspirations, ERL previously looked to high-school memories for the Fall/Winter 2024 season, with this season instead taking a less directly thematic approach and looking to the wider landscape of California as a whole, not just through their garment silhouettes, but through some fluffy friends on set. As spotted via their social media, sheeps roamed the laidback set as central shearling pieces stole the show, in particular a pair of yellow $28,000 shearling chaps. Continuing in this same vein of channeled Americana, everything from multi-sized denim jeans, plaid boxer shorts, hoodies, and jackets to plaid shirts, knitwear, elongated shorts, sweatpants, and accessories fill out the rest of the range, with an enlarged shearling crossbody bag been the pick of the bunch alongside the aforementioned (and highly-priced) chaps.

ERL’s “Made in California” collection is available to shop now via their website.
