Dior Returns with Latest “Icons” Capsule

Straight Classics.

Luxury French fashion house Dior are back and looking to continue reintroducing their classic pieces to new audiences, unveiling another edition of their “Icons” range.

Shot by photographer Brett Lloyd, Dior’s newest “Icons” campaign places focus on subtlety and nuance amidst a backdrop of signature Dior colours, with pinks and greys putting the spotlight firmly on the pieces. Pitch as “an ultra-desirable neo-wardrobe for men” designed by Kim Jones, Dior’s “Icons” capsule ticks basic boxes and then some, with elevated takes on denim, knitwear, formalwear, leather goods, accessories and more being the order of business. Putting emphasis on silhouettes and shape, this capsule leans into preppy and luxe business stylings, with outerwear such as trench coats, Harrington jackets, and overcoats blending seamlessly with suit shirts, tailored trousers, and jeans to instil a sense of uniform in addition to a capsule-like range of adaptable wardrobe mainstays. Despite the aforementioned garments and their relative plainness, heritage Dior branding and patterning arrives through the leather goods and accessories range, with standouts including monogram weekender bags, backpacks, zip-up pouches, and handbags in stripped back shades of navy and grey.

Dior’s latest “Icons” range is set to be available to shop in the coming weeks.
