Harajuku lands in Paris.
Kidill took the fashion world by storm with their electrifying Spring/Summer 2025 collection, showcased in the heart of an expiatory Chapel and its serene garden. The 30-look collection marked a turning point for designer Hiroaki Suesayu, drawing inspiration not from trends, but from the raw energy and captivating style of musical duo Ho99o9 (theOGM & Yeti Bones).
Suesayu channeled the duo’s “Tokyo-ness” vibe, blending it with the vibrant street style of Harajuku, particularly the playful “Lolita” aesthetic. The collection offered a unique juxtaposition: deconstructed vintage metal t-shirts alongside a surprisingly textured shoulder bag crafted from tattered and eroded fabrics. Tailored sleeveless suit jackets and vintage suit pants added a touch of timeless elegance, while sporty jackets and game t-shirts, created in collaboration with UMBRO, injected a dose of athletic flair.
