Something is coming in the world of Joe Freshgoods x New Balance as the duo look primed to reunite for several new entries.
As per usual, the booked and busy creative continues to share new looks at his creations via his social media, and this latest tantaliser sees New Balance’s 990v6 receive a bold makeover. After recent imagery surfaced of an all red iteration of New Balance’s signature silhouette, Joe Freshgoods posted a snapshot image of a new all blue version, which might suggest that both are set to arrive in the same pack at some point in the near future. From the little we’ve been shown of the shoe, the pair utilise that typical 990v6 Abzorb midsole unit and pair the cushioned light blue underfoot with matching suede overlays, a mesh base layer, as well as the modernised New Balance “N” midfoot logo. Of course, Freshgoods’ own “JFG” lettering adorns the heel, making it known that this pair is continuing the lineage of his ongoing New Balance partnership.
