Stüssy x Nike are getting back into their groove as they delve deeper into the SS25 season, with the duo following up their divisive LD-1000 entries with well, more LD-1000s.
Continuing to push the heritage Nike silhouette, Stüssy make sure to capture their colourful DNA throughout these two latest pairs, which follow up from the “Action Green” and “Phantom Aquarius Blue” iterations that released earlier this month. The predominantly mesh sneaker has yet to receive the love that other Stüssy x Nike entries have in the past, with the retro silhouette looking set to play the long game as summer fits involving the pairs start to come to light. Putting their best foot forward, Stüssy utilise brand colours of golden yellow and neon pink and grey and cyan across these two respective pairs, with stitched Nike midfoot Swooshes working alongside roughened suede overlays on the heel and tongue to provide tasteful contrasting. “Stüssy” text hits the rear heel for some much needed brand recognition, whilst a scribbled tongue design and a cushioned midsole unit stay in line with previous efforts between the two.
The latest Stüssy x Nike LD-1000 capsule will release on August 2nd via the Stüssy website.
