A New Approach.
Streetwear’s darling son Stüssy continue to expand their horizons as they debut a refreshing Fall 2024 collection.
Whilst Stüssy’s latest ventures into territory that has been treaded before for the brand, this new Fall 2024 effort underlines an modern adaptability that Stüssy is willing to work around in a modern age, with the effort moving away from logo-heavy pieces and towards more rotational capsule options. The Californian-born outfit is championing “a casual but versatile approach to dressing,” with the range making sure to account for the changing of the seasons as heavy doses of outerwear layer seamlessly throughout.
The main body of pieces feature everything from work, rain, and denim jackets to corduroy overshirts, plaid shirting, branded knitted sweatshirts, as well as various uses of leather goods, including a standout black leather trench coat. The easy on the eye collection does a stellar job at mixing and matching without pushing the boat out too far, with washed tones of blue keeping in touch with their Californian side whilst simultaneously working with more classic fall colours, such as brown, green, black, and beige. Some central pillars in the bulky collection include the aforementioned black leather trench coat, a similarly-designed light green leather Moto jacket, a brown “Stüssy” scribble knitted sweater, a semi-transparent green windbreaker, and a faded light-wash denim jacket.
Stüssy’s Fall 2024 collection will be available to shop on August 6th via the Stüssy website.
