Clarks Heads to Tokyo.
For Fall/Winter 2024, Clarks honours Tokyo’s streetwear roots by journeying through the iconic backstreets of Harajuku, exploring the vibrant legacy of street style. In a nod to one of Shibuya’s most influential fashion hubs, Ura-Harajuku, Clarks releases a Tokyo-focused documentary, delving deep into the culture’s archives and featuring the voices of those who have shaped and lived it.
Accompanying the film, a trio of look-books showcases both the seasoned elders and a new wave of style aficionados, all sporting Clarks’ classic staples. The center-piece, a limited-edition Harajuku Pack of Wallabees, reimagines the footwear with youthful flair: beaded laces, leopard-print pony hair, and fob embellishments. Elevated platform soles, camo-canvas panels, and luxurious snake or croc-effect leathers offer a fresh twist on the brand’s timeless designs.
