Drôle de Monsieur have unveiled their ready-to-wear collection ahead of Fall/Winter 2024, pairing effortless class with hints of ’80s European menswear and motorsport cues.
Shot in front of a mustard yellow textured background, the collection heavily emphasizes relaxed, slouchy silhouettes styled beneath structured suit jackets. A few aviator coats are scattered throughout with rigid stitching and a boxy look. The furry hits from those jackets are continued onto full mane-like garments, including a knee length trench coat styled with a full babushka cap.
Leather plays a huge role in this collection, from the waist length jackets to the small details like a flat cap and genuine racing gloves. Some of the easier to palette options include a knitted vest in a season appropriate tan colour scheme, full track suits with an intertwined chain pattern running down the sides and a selection of tops ranging from button ups and downs to knitted sweatshirts.
