The fashion world is abuzz with the news of Haider Ackermann taking the reins as creative director of Tom Ford. Known for his unique creative vision and long trajectory inside the industry, Ackermann is expected to bring a fresh perspective to the iconic label.
“It is with tremendous pride that I will seek to honor the legacy of Tom Ford, a man I have long admired and have the utmost respect for,” said Ackermann. “I am much looking forward to what lies ahead.”
Based in Paris, Ackermann will oversee all aspects of Tom Ford’s creative output, from womenswear and menswear to accessories and eyewear. His debut collection is eagerly anticipated and will be showcased at Paris Fashion Week next March.
