Chef Nobu and Nike Collab on a Sushi Force 1

Happy 30th Nobu.

Similar to the pair the restaurant released last year to celebrate the grand opening of their Beverley Hills location, Chef Nobu and Nike have teamed up on a pair of Air Force 1’s.

The Sushi Club was formed in 2021 by chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Stampd founder Chris Stamp, designed to enhance the combination of art and food. In celebration of Nobu’s, the restaurant, 30th anniversary, Chef Nobu opted to celebrate the success found in The Sushi Club with a staple pair of Nike Air Force 1’s.

Nike’s classic Air Force one hasn’t seen much change when it comes to materials or excessive design. They’re still staple white, featuring the New York Sushi Club logo printed on the sole and heel. The lace accessory which formerly reads AF1 has been swapped for SF1, a fitting detail for a sneaker named the Sushi Force 1. A “30” has been embossed on the inner tongue in celebration of three decades of business.

The sneakers will be available at Sushi Club La Brea for customers to get their hands on.
