Edward Cuming Spring/Summer 2025 looks to the unconventional for inspiration, gearing their efforts towards the tones and themes of Taboo! and the conceptual furniture and artwork of Roy McMakin, bridging the gap between what’s real and what’s not.
Shot by Cristina Stolhe, the imagery continues to focus on a sense of taboo through the use of the human body, utilising a blend of human body hair and fabrics and textures across a range of askew camera angles. In this point-and-shoot camera style campaign, Edward Cuming plays with retro patterning across a plethora of materials, including reimagined denim, knitwear, and jacquard. Sharp and contrasting colour palettes bring in a sense of crazed harmony, bringing you further into the imagery, and in turn, the garments.
