Samuel Ross Set to Link Up with Zara for Next Partnership

By October 7, 2024Fashion News

Making Moves.

Having sold his stake in A-COLD-WALL* earlier this year, Samuel Ross is back up and running the fashion space as he announces that global retailer Zara will be his next partnership.

Continuing to move into a higher fashion space, Zara have seen recent collaborations alongside Harry Lambert, Stefano Pilati, Studio Nicholson and more prove to be successful, with this brand new business model and joint venture alongside Samuel Ross underling Zara’s newfound form in the high fashion space. Trying to open up some new space to thrive in the fashion industry, Samuel Ross is looking to further the position of himself and his own SR_A outfit with this savvy business move, whilst Zara continue to redefine themselves as more of a power player, much like COS have done in recent years.

Bridging the gap between on-the-fringes luxury brands and the reach of the high-street retailer, Samuel Ross x Zara positions the aforementioned SR_A at the forefront as this will now be the focal point of an ongoing partnership with Zara, arriving in bi-annual collections under the name, SR_A Engineered by Zara. The specifics of upcoming collections are yet to be shared, but expect utilitarian stylings and “robust garments built for leisure, respite and exploration” to lead the way in Samuel Ross’ debut Zara entry. What we do know about this joint collaboration is that the desire for affordable high fashion is as rife as ever with the consumer, and Zara are looking to capitalise.
