Stone Island Unveils “No Seasons” At Milan Design Week 2026

By April 22, 2026FASHION NEWS

A heritage concept returns through immersive installation and future-facing design.

It’s Milan Design Week 2026, and Stone Island has presented a new chapter of No Seasons, revisiting a concept originally developed by Massimo Osti between 1989 and 1994. The capsule focuses on the idea of permanence, reworking outerwear through updated materials and construction while maintaining links to the brand’s archive.

The project is staged within an installation created with Milan-based studio NM3, shown as part of Capsule Plaza. Housed in a disused swimming pool, the space features a suspended LED structure acting as a ceiling, displaying visuals.

A film accompanying the installation follows a garment from the brand’s research centre in Ravarino through to urban environments. Presented as a continuous sequence, it foregrounds the technical processes behind the collection and frames No Seasons as an approach to clothing designed for adaptability across different contexts.
