Coca-Cola, But Not as You Know It...
Coca-Cola’s new Cherry range had its grand unveiling in central London last Friday as Coca-Cola took to Soho to set-up its new Cherry Coke Cafe pop-up space and, of course, PAUSE made sure to go and see what went down.
If you were out and about in London over the weekend and you didn’t hit Coca-Cola’s Cherry Coke Cafe, you definitely missed out. Celebrating the release of the all-new Coca-Cola Cherry range, everybody’s favourite beverage brand put on a show in central as they brought all those extra sweet elements of its cherry range to life, intertwining photo-ready cherry visuals with Coca-Cola’s signature design DNA throughout the pop-up’s expansive decked-out space.

The all-encompassing space made sure to provide something for everybody, putting the emphasis on Coca-Cola’s new Cherry Float range. Think shades of red, pink, and white from floor to ceiling and Coca-Cola’s signature emblem spread across the space, being stamped on everything from a free claw machine and photobooth to Coca-Cola biscuits, whilst obviously, the new range of Coca-Cola Cherry Float Zero Sugar, Coca-Cola Cherry Zero Sugar, and Diet Cherry were also all on full display.
Putting fun at the forefront, the aforementioned Coca-Cola claw machine gave attendees free chances at winning exclusive, limited-edition Coca-Cola merchandise themed around London’s Cherry Coke Cafe, giving visitors the chance to take something home with them. The upstairs area was open to walk-ins all weekend long, acting as a social hub to capture content, enjoy playful moments with friends, and indulge in the excitement of Coca-Cola’s newest batch of creations.

Putting the cherry on top of the experience – if you’ll pardon the pun – Coca-Cola’s Cherry Coke Cafe also boasted its own afternoon tea-inspired experience in a separate downstairs area, taking the space to a whole new level through a curated Coca-Cola Cherry Float Zero Sugar-themed menu. From mini brie bagels with cherry confiture, cheddar arancini topped with cherry dust, and handmade cola jellies to mini cherry-topped vanilla milkshakes, the menu was stacked, and Coca-Cola’s Cherry Float Zero Sugar range made sure those flavour profiles were taken to new heights. Being able to pick your favourite Cherry flavour from the full range, the experience let you sip and taste your way through the colourful portfolio, allowing you to cross-compare the different ways in which each variant complimented the food in front of you.
As immersive London experiences go, Coca-Cola’s Cherry Coke Cafe was way up there.
