Football Frenzy.
BAPE and KidSuper have reunited for a second collaboration, unveiling the SUPERBAPE CUP Collection to mark the 25th anniversary of the BAPE STA.
Inspired by the global language of football, the collection reimagines the iconic sneaker through 48 unique designs, each representing a different nation and drawing on its national colours.
Originally introduced in 2001, the BAPE STA has become one of streetwear’s most recognisable silhouettes, evolving far beyond its Harajuku roots. Rather than looking back, the collaboration explores the sneaker’s continued cultural relevance, aptly using football as a lens to celebrate creativity, identity and the diverse communities that have shaped its legacy over the past quarter-century.
Take a look below and let us know your thoughts on the drop.
