Worn-in Silhouette.
Michael Rider has locked in with Celine’s SS27 menswear collection. Taking over the final day of Paris Fashion Week, the designer presented a collection that explored the many archetypes of the Parisian man, highlighting the limitless possibilities of dressing through colour, shape and accessories. But one detail you might have missed was the brand’s first ever sneaker collaboration with Reebok.
Yes, you heard that right. Rider unveiled Celine’s first ever sneaker partnership, choosing the Reebok Freestyle, the low-top women’s classic that dates back to the 1980s. Celine reworked the archival silhouette with pre-dirtied, pre-scuffed lambskin leather uppers, finished with a co-branded tongue featuring the original Reebok Classic logo. The first drop is set to arrive in September, with more releases following into 2027.
