Nobu Unveils Its First Residences in Egypt

Nobu is expanding into Egypt with the launch of its first-ever branded residences, marking a major new chapter for the hospitality brand. Partnering with leading real estate developer SODIC, the project will introduce three Nobu destinations across the country, including hotels, residences and restaurants.

The first project to launch as part of the expansion is Nobu Hotel and Residences North Coast, set within SODIC’s upcoming OGAMI development on Egypt’s Mediterranean coastline. Building on the success of the seasonal Nobu restaurant that opened in 2025, the development will become home to the country’s first Nobu Residences.

The brand’s rollout continues in New Cairo, with a restaurant set to open later this summer ahead of a full Nobu Hotel in 2027. A third Nobu Hotel and Residences has also been confirmed for New Zayed in West Cairo, extending Nobu’s footprint across Egypt.
