Meet the New ASICS GEL-NYC 2.0

ASICS is building on the success of one of its most popular lifestyle silhouettes with the launch of the GEL-NYC 2.0, arriving on the 7th of August.

Developed alongside the “ASICS Institute of Sport Science”, the updated model combines archival running influences with the brand’s latest performance innovations. To mark the launch, ASICS SportStyle is introducing “On The Move,” a travelling pop-up concept that will visit Amsterdam, Berlin and Marseille. Designed by multidisciplinary architecture and design studio CLOUD, the installation explores the relationship between movement, architecture and local culture, extending the story of the GEL-NYC 2.0 beyond the sneaker itself.

Blending technical performance with contemporary design, the GEL-NYC 2.0 continues ASICS’ growing presence in the lifestyle footwear space while remaining rooted in the brand’s performance DNA. Take a look at the latest drop and let us know if you’ll be stopping by the pop-up this summer.
