The House’s latest South African destination.
Louis Vuitton has unveiled a new store at Cape Town’s Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, creating an immersive retail destination that showcases the House’s latest men’s and women’s collections alongside a carefully curated interior inspired by craftsmanship and travel.
Home to leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories and fragrances, the boutique is anchored by an intricately carved wooden façade inspired by Louis Vuitton’s signature Epi leather. Inside, handcrafted Japanese wallpaper, bespoke oak furnishings and Monogram-inspired details guide visitors through dedicated spaces for the House’s women’s and men’s collections.
The experience culminates in the boutique’s Winter Garden, a tranquil setting overlooking the Victoria Basin, designed for private appointments and special occasions. Bringing together archival Louis Vuitton trunks, pieces from the Objets Nomades collection, furniture by Weylandts and artwork by Nicky Marais, the new Cape Town store reflects the House’s continued dialogue between heritage, contemporary design and local creativity.
